Terms of use

Turanyol is a marketplace and a delivery service for the vendors of Sadarak Trade Center.

The vendor is the seller of the goods. We list what they sell, collect it from their stall, and deliver it to you.

Sign in with a phone number or an email address that belongs to you. Keep the sign-in code to yourself.

Tell us through the help centre if you think someone else has used your account.

An order is a request, not a contract. Each vendor accepts or rejects the lines that belong to them, and a rejected line is removed from the order and from the amount you pay.

The order is confirmed once the vendors have answered. You will see the final list and the final amount before anything is collected.

Prices are in Azerbaijani manat. The delivery fee is shown before you confirm, never added afterwards.

You can pay the driver in cash when the order reaches you, or by card where card payment is offered.

The amount you owe is fixed when the order is confirmed. It does not change on the way to you.

You can cancel while the order is still being prepared. Once it has left the hub it has to be refused at the door instead.

Returns and refunds are described in the delivery and returns policy.

Do not place orders you do not intend to accept, and do not use another person's address or payment details.

Our runners, drivers and support agents are at work. Abuse of them ends the delivery and may close your account.

The vendor is responsible for the quality and description of the goods. We are responsible for collecting, handling and delivering them.

If we damage or lose your order, tell us through the help centre and we will put it right.

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed, and the version you agreed to is the one in force when you ordered.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
